Process Playbook
With our Process Playbook, we offer you a quick and efficient approach to optimizing your internal process organization. In an entertaining workshop (approx. 2 - 3 hours), we first record the critical variables and target specifications with your experts and design a cross-departmental process in the form of a value chain with the goal of overall optimization.
We work out this process in sufficient detail in 2 to 3 days to build on it and start implementing it with you. With the implementation, you also receive a certifiable description of your target process in the form of your Process Playbook, in which the process, the essential documents, the responsible actors and the supporting IT, planning or production system are also involved.
The design and implementation is carried out at prices suitable for SMEs and has already been successfully implemented by well-known companies such as SAP and MIELE as well as smaller companies such as Klima Arena, CDW color druck wittlich, FORCAM or HWI pharma services.
